We currently ship to locations within India and select international destinations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our customer support team at alhadiabaya@gmail.com.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    • Free Shipping

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Within India:
    • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days, minimum day of shipping is 7 days, max to max hardly it takes 15 days.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.


6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. In such cases:

  • For Domestic Orders: Additional charges may apply for reshipping.
